Our activities are designed to stimulate personal growth, academic excellence, good citizenship, self-respect, concern for others and loyalty. The activities will encourage participation to celebrate individual worth, provide support, inspire discovery of each participants potential, encourage independence, and prepare participants to assume roles of leadership.

Research has shown that positive relationships between youth and positive role models have a direct and measurable impact on the lives of our youth.
Youth Conversion Inc. mentors are known for using interactive techniques to communicate and empower youth. The techniques are designed to raise awareness, motivate, train and create confidence, ultimately reducing engagement in risky behaviors.
Youth Conversion Inc., has provided services for over one thousand (1,000) youth in Dallas County and surrounding cities. The organization has a success rate of over ninety percent(90%) in preventing students from dropping out of school, a 95% student program completion rate and less than five percent (5%) recidivism rate. Thus this organization has made a significant impact on crime in our community.
We provide services to the public with a special interest in youth ages 10 through 18. Youth Conversion Inc., has collaborated and worked with the Center for Non-Profit Management and with over fifty (50) other community organizations to include Faith Based Organizations. YCI, has the capabilities and capacity to lead, partner and assist other organizations in an effort to stabilize the community.
