Our Mission

Youth Conversion Inc. mission is to provide Community Service Educational Programs that will foster positive youth and family development by working with schools, courts and the community.

Goal

Is to foster positive youth development, increase school attendance and performance, decrease the school drop out rate, and the involvement of illegal and risky behavior.

Participants will also explore ways to prevent incarceration and teen violence. In addition, participants will explore ways to live healthy, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually!

Objectives

Our programs and activities are designed to empower, motivate and encourage participants to become productive members of society, to gain information on how negative and risky behavior effects family, social economic status and community life.

We have a 90% success rate. Participants enrolled in our mentoring programs demonstrate an increase in:

• School attendance and performance
• Family communication
• Respect for self and others

We specialize in:
Gender Specific Mentoring
      Sister to Sister (S2S) - Female Mentoring Sessions focus on female issues.
      Brother to Brother (B2B) - Male Mentoring Sessions focus on male issues.
Group Sessions
      Family Strengthening
Truancy and Crime Prevention Programs.

By participating in our mentoring programs, youth are less likely to use illegal drugs, skip school and run away from home.
