  Mission
The Ballin Not Fallin Project is a mentoring project that has been designed to teach leadership skills that are essential to overcome barriers to include, peer pressure, drugs, truancy, gangs and violence. This project will help youth develop and foster a sense of community.

Goal
Our goal is to educate and empower our youth to make positive life style choices. To increase and enhance discipline and leadership skills during the game and in the community.

Objective
  • To reduce the number of athletes that engage in gangs/violence
  • To reduce the number of athletes that engage in Truancy
  • To reduce the number of athletes that engage in drugs
  • To reduce the amount of violence during games and events

BNF (Ballers) Pledge
  • I pledge to ball not fall.
  • I pledge to honor myself, my family, my school, my church and community.
  • I pledge to abstain from the use of drugs, alcohol, truancy, gangs, violence and
    other at risk behavior.
  • I pledge to ball not fall.
